Crystal cultivated a safe, healing space and I  felt a powerful healing force the second I hopped on the zoom call just being in her presence; and that was before the reiki even started. She is a natural teacher and took the time to explain Reiki, her process and ensured I felt safe and comfortable before commencing. After the Reiki I noticed my mindset has shifted from being consumed with fear and negativity to feeling more positive and optimistic. I highly recommend Crystal, not just for the Reiki, but for the compassionate care you will also receive under her care. Bonus: she is a wealth of knowledge in other healing modalities such as crystals and even incorporated tarot and crystals into my session (how fun?!)
